Let’s talk about the housing shortage

AMAT is always there. Because being part of the real estate sector is not just about working in it every day, but also about taking part in the spaces where people debate, exchange ideas and discuss the present and future of housing.

Throughout the year, we take part in events, conferences, congresses, round tables and media appearances where we are invited to share our perspective. As active participants and experts in the sector, we believe it is important to get involved, listen, share experiences and contribute to the debate.

The current state of the housing market makes it particularly important to create spaces for reflection and dialogue. The lack of supply, changes to the legal framework, price trends, society’s evolving needs and the role of the different stakeholders in the sector are issues that affect us all and require a range of perspectives.

That is why we are always happy to be involved whenever we have the opportunity.

Some of the latest events we have taken part in

Recognition for 50 years of professional experience

Last week, our Vice-President, Joana Amat, received recognition from the Col·legi d’Administradors de Finques for her 50 years of professional experience and involvement in the real estate sector.
A particularly meaningful occasion that celebrates a lifetime dedicated to the real estate industry.

This week, our Vice-President, Joana Amat, took part in a round-table discussion as part of the Cicle ARTEC, co-organised by the Col·legi d’Arquitectura Tècnica and the Col·legi d’Administradors de Finques, sharing insights and experience on one of the major challenges facing our society today: access to housing.

5th National Housing Congress – APCE

This week, we also attended the V Congrés Nacional de l’Habitatge, organised by APCE and held on 7 and 8 October. It was a meeting point for the sector’s main stakeholders to analyse the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

Because being present is also a way of contributing to the sector.
At AMAT, we continue to participate, contribute and share our experience wherever we can help shape the debate on housing.
