Y a\u00f1ade: \u00abel contrato celebrado a nombre de otro de quien no se tenga autorizaci\u00f3n o representaci\u00f3n legal ser\u00e1 nulo\u00bb, siempre que no se ratifique por la persona representada. Por tanto, si realmente los dem\u00e1s propietarios no han intervenido en la formalizaci\u00f3n del contrato, puedes reclamar su ratificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Esto no quiere decir que el contrato no sea v\u00e1lido, ya que fue concertado con uno de los <strong>propietarios<\/strong> que actu\u00f3 en su nombre, sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades que se pueden derivar, si la compraventa no se puede consumar por esa falta de representaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En muchas ocasiones, por problemas de desplazamiento, no pueden asistir todos los propietarios a la <strong>firma de las arras<\/strong>.
