In these cases there may be two different circumstances:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The selling party has no knowledge and therefore it\u00a0is as surprised as the buying party<\/li>\n<li>The selling party\u00a0had knowledge and would not have informed the acquiring party<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The most usual is to try, within the period established in the document of arras, to solve this situation, lengthening if necessary the term to grant the property deed.
