These are the 3 calls that are currently in Catalan territory:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>March 28 &#8211; Ag\u00e8ncia de l\u2019Habitatge de Catalunya \u2013 for the entire Catalan territory except the Metropolitan Area and Barcelona city.<\/li>\n<li>April 29 &#8211; Consorci Metropolit\u00e0 de l\u2019Habitatge \u2013 for the Barcelona Metropolitan Area<\/li>\n<li>June 27 de Junio &#8211; Consorci de l\u2019Habitatge de Barcelona \u2013 for the city of Barcelona.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Although they have a common base, as published in Royal Decree 853\/2021 of October 5, each of the three Catalan calls has its own characteristics in the criteria and in the form of processing. To resolve doubts on this subject, contact us through this e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:nadia.massague@amatimmo.cat\">nadia.massague@amatimmo.cat<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Programs 3, 4 and 5<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The programs that are included in all the calls are the ones that we expose below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>No.3<\/strong><strong>. Building rehabilitation assistance program<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actions in residential buildings to improve energy efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Accredit the reduction of the non-renewable primary energy consumption in a minimum of 30%.<\/li>\n<li>Prove the 25% reduction for cooling and heating in climate zone C, which is the one that corresponds to Barcelona and Girona.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17978\" src=\"https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/taula-eng-1024x252-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"252\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/taula-eng-1024x252-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/taula-eng-1024x252-1-300x74.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/taula-eng-1024x252-1-768x189.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At this point in the program are included actions carried out on the building envelope, in facades and roofs; one option would be to install insulation or\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/en\/2021\/06\/the-benefits-of-green-roofs-in-buildings\/\">green roofs<\/a><\/span>\u00a0that could be complemented with solar panels, but as long as the efficiency requirements are met, the works are also accepted for aid<\/p>\n<p><strong>No.4. Program to promote the improvement of energy efficiency in housing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actions to improve energy efficiency in homes, whether single-family or belonging to multi-family buildings.<\/li>\n<li>Actions that achieve a reduction of 7% in global annual energy for heating and cooling.<\/li>\n<li>The maximum investment that can be subsidized per housing will be \u20ac7,000<\/li>\n<li>The amount of the subsidy will be 40% of the maximum investment that can be subsidized<\/li>\n<li>Habitual residence must be accredited<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In this case, it would be updates focused on closures and windows.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No.5. Program for the Preparation of the Building Book and drafting of rehabilitation projects<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The eligible upgrades in this program are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementation and generalization of the Book of the Building for rehabilitation.<\/li>\n<li>Development of technical projects for a total rehabilitation of buildings in accordance with the established limits, with the aim of activating the demand for significant and high-quality energy rehabilitation in buildings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>How to finance the updates of the property?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-17981 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/foto-de-hernan-lucio-300x201-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"257\" height=\"172\" \/>From the Department of Economy and Finance, the Department of Social Rights, the Ag\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;Habitatge de Catalunya and the Institut Catal\u00e0 de Finances i Avals have been reached an agreement with different financial entities so Home Owner&#8217;s Association and Legal entities can access financing with good conditions to be able to cover the % the subsidy does not cover.<\/p>\n<p>It is also important to say that, in the case of these funds, the non-subsidized % of the works has tax advantages.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Improvement potential<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In Spain there is great potential to improve on these issues. More than <strong>81% of existing buildings<\/strong> are between the <strong>letters E, F or G<\/strong> in<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/en\/2020\/04\/energy-efficiency-in-our-homes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> terms of emissions<\/a><\/span>, and the percentage increases to 84.5% of buildings if we talk about energy consumption. Therefore, it is clear that there is a <strong>significant need for improvement<\/strong> in terms of energy rehabilitation<\/p>\n<p>This happens because about 45% of the buildings were built before to 1980, when there was no regulation on energy efficiency in newly built buildings.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Presentation conference with Jordi Sanuy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>On March 22, <strong>Jordi Sanuy Aguilar<\/strong>, Director of de Qualitat de l&#8217;Edificaci\u00f3 i Rehabilitaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Habitatge de l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia d\u2019Habitatge de Catalunya, came for\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">a conference<\/span> where he spoke about efficient buildings and, above all, what you need to know about the Next Generation Aids of the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>Sanuy explained there are different programs, always with the aim of reducing energy demand and consumption, therefore, to improve the energy efficiency of buildings and he specified that the funds will be active until mid-2026.<\/p>\n<p>Catalonia will receive a total of 480 million euros to rehabilitate 65,000 homes with minimum energy efficiency and have carried out and justified the actions to improve before June 30, 2026.
