Since October 5 last year, these funding are regulated through <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?lang=en&amp;id=BOE-A-2021-16233\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Royal Decree 853\/202<\/a>1\u00a0<\/span>in <strong>6 programs aid<\/strong> in residential rehabilitation and social housing of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.<\/p>\n<p>So residential buildings are the ones who will receive the most aid and our <strong><em>AmatZonia<\/em><\/strong> department will inform and advise you on which is the best option for each individual building or home.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Lots of potential for improvement<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18003 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/photo-by-anthony-esau-300x225-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"242\" height=\"181\" \/>In Spain there is great potential to improve these issues. More than 81% of existing buildings are in the letters <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/en\/2020\/04\/energy-efficiency-in-our-homes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">E, F or G in terms of emissions<\/a><\/span>, and the percentage increases to 84.5% of the buildings if we talk about energy consumption. Therefore, it is clear that there is a <strong>significant need for improvement<\/strong> in terms of energy rehabilitation.<\/p>\n<p>This happens because about 45% of the buildings were built before to 1980, when there was no regulation on energy efficiency in newly built buildings.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>The distribution of the funding<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The purpose of the <a href=\"https:\/\/nexteugeneration.com\/plan-de-recuperacion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"broken_link\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Next Generation<\/span><\/a> Funding\u00a0is to <strong>reduce at least 30% of energy consumption<\/strong> in residential homes with the purpose of rehabilitating 75,000 homes in 3 years.<\/p>\n<p>Although they have not yet been published and the exact dates are not known, the aid will be distributed among the improvement actions that are carried out, or have been carried out, until June 2026 and will be distributed in 3 annual installments between 2021, 2022 and 2023.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>What aid programs are we interested in?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The 6 programs are made up of 5 programs for rehabilitation and 1 of social rental housing construction.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rehabilitation actions in the neighborhoods<\/li>\n<li>Support for rehabilitation offices<\/li>\n<li>Rehabilitation actions in buildings<\/li>\n<li>Improvement of energy efficiency in homes<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of the Existing Building Book and drafting of rehabilitation projects<\/li>\n<li>Build social rental housing in energy efficient buildings<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18006 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/photo-by-scott-webb-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"269\" height=\"179\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/photo-by-scott-webb-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/photo-by-scott-webb-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/photo-by-scott-webb-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/photo-by-scott-webb-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/photo-by-scott-webb-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/photo-by-scott-webb-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 269px) 100vw, 269px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The programs that most interest us are number 3 and 4, which promote the rehabilitation of buildings and homes.<\/p>\n<p>Next, we explain them.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>No.3.
