Hi ha difer\u00e8ncies respecte al r\u00e8gim fiscal de les donacions entre les diferents comunitats aut\u00f2nomes, sent m\u00e9s favorable en algunes d&#8217;elles, de manera que la venda d&#8217;immobles als fills es postula com una alternativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualment a Catalunya el tipus impositiu de l&#8217;Impost sobre Transmissions Patrimonials i Actes Jur\u00eddics Documentats, en la<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> modalitat de transmissions patrimonials oneroses, \u00e9s del 10% davant els tipus impositius de les donacions a fills, mitjan\u00e7ant escriptura p\u00fablica, que van del 5% al \u200b\u200b9%<\/span> (en funci\u00f3 del valor del que s&#8217;ha donat).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalment, cal recordar que, en qualsevol dels dos casos (donaci\u00f3 o compravenda),<strong> qui transmet l&#8217;immoble haur\u00e0 de tributar en la seva declaraci\u00f3<\/strong> de la renda, en concepte de guany patrimonial, ja que ha generat unes plusv\u00e0lues que provoquen una alteraci\u00f3 en el seu patrimoni.
