El problema amb els preus \u00e9s que diuen molt poc sobre la salut real del mercat.<\/p>\n<p>Els n\u00fameros que preferim s\u00f3n les transaccions. Quants immobles s&#8217;estan venent i comprant?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/annual-house-sales-ES.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4485 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/annual-house-sales-ES-1024x512.png\" alt=\"Ventas\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Concessi\u00f3 d&#8217;hipoteques respecte a l&#8217;any anterior: Font ine.es<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Amb totes les dades de l&#8217;any 2015 podem fer una ullada anual a les vendes i comprovar que revelen bones not\u00edcies. Tenint tot aix\u00f2 en compte <strong>l&#8217;activitat del mercat va incrementar en un 10% el 2015<\/strong>fins a un total de m\u00e9s de 400,00 immobles venuts. Els compradors internacionals van estar especialment ocupats, generant m\u00e9s de 71,000 vendes i continuant un fort retorn al mercat.<\/p>\n<p>Encara que hi ha m\u00e9s a dir per prov\u00edncies. Quan comparem els volums de 2015 amb els nivells de 2007, revela una imatge de recuperaci\u00f3 mixta:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/recovery-map-es.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4486 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.amatimmobiliaris.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/recovery-map-es-1024x512.png\" alt=\"Recuperaci\u00f3n\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nVerd fosc representa una recuperaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s r\u00e0pida del mercat<\/p>\n<p>La imatge que tenim d&#8217;aquestes xifres \u00e9s una recessi\u00f3 que no es va estendre equitativament. Per\u00f2 els n\u00fameros tamb\u00e9 indiquen que el 2015 va marcar un gran canvi en la situaci\u00f3: <strong>Els preus dels immobles han augmentat<\/strong>, el volum de vendes va augmentar i el panorama es va convertir en positiu en tots els indicadors de mercat.<\/p>\n<p>Havent deixat enrere els moments dif\u00edcils, la pregunta ja no \u00e9s quan veurem un augment de vendes. La pregunta en 2016 \u00e9s on veurem el major creixement en vendes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si estaves esperant temps millors, ja han arribat<\/strong>.
