En aquest volem compartir amb vosaltres el que es va mencionar a la pon\u00e8ncia de\u00a0Eugenio Recio \u2013 Professor honorari del Departament d\u2019Economia d\u2019ESADE:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Repensant l\u2019estat del benestar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El primer que cal preguntar-se \u00e9s si l\u2019estat del benestar est\u00e0 amena\u00e7at. Ja en l\u2019any 1994 hi havia estudiosos que es preguntaven si seria sostenible l\u2019estat del benestar, \u00e9s un tema que des de llavors s\u2019ha anat estudiant, arribant a la conclusi\u00f3 que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cal limitar la despesa de l\u2019estat<\/li>\n<li>cal millorar la qualitat del treball<\/li>\n<li>cal augmentar la responsabilitat ciutadana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hi ha dues concepcions de l\u2019estat del benestar:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Els sistema d\u2019estat de benestar hist\u00f2ric<\/strong>, que comporta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passivitat i risc perqu\u00e8 es confia en l&#8217;Estat com a principal prove\u00efdor<\/li>\n<li>Desmotivaci\u00f3 en el deure del treball<\/li>\n<li>P\u00e8rdua del sentit solidari<\/li>\n<li>Oblidar responsabilitats i deures del ciutad\u00e0<\/li>\n<li>Defensar nom\u00e9s drets<\/li>\n<li>Pressi\u00f3 continua d\u2019augment de la despesa p\u00fablica, m\u00e9s estat del benestar, m\u00e9s exig\u00e8ncies<\/li>\n<li>Aquest model no s\u2019aguanta ni amb crisi ni sense crisi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2) El nou model social europeu, <\/strong>que relaciona mercat i Estat.
